Baru install  window 7 tapi control panel x boleh guna.
Pernahkah ia terjadi kepada anda.
Ia pernah terjadi kepada customer kami.
Dari sumber yang kami dapat mungkin ini dapat menyelesaikan masalah anda.

re-install u r windows.or do this:
start/run/ and type sfc /scannow its shersh for problems and fix it,
(if its opened only for 0.000001 sec
then go to safe mode and then try again.
(If u dont find "RUN" on u r start menu then click start and shersh for it.
